Spontaneous clinical and radiological resolution of a large extruded disc in the lumbar spine

Low back ache arising due to a herniated lumbar disk with radicular pain the lower limbs is commonly occurring problem evaluated by spine surgeons. Conservative treatment has usually been proposed for an acute prolapse in cases without significant motor or sensory deficit. Spontaneous radiological regression of extruded complete symptomatic recovery occasionally reported. A case conservatively treated large described who showed resolution, along clinical symptoms.
